Return Policy

At Jain Traders, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.
Return Period
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Return Process
To start a return, please email us at jaintraders@gmail.com or contact our customer service team. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for how to send your item back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us first and we will guide you through the process. You will need to return your original item and place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at jaintraders@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Personal care items that have been opened or used
- Items that have been personalized or custom-made for you
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at jaintraders@gmail.com .
